We currently have a return policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our conditions*.
* items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Product tags should be intact.
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods. If you think there is a fault with an item or it does not conform to the product you have ordered, you can return it back to us. Email us your query along with the picture of the defect as proof. If any product is unsatisfactory due to defective workmanship or materials, we will replace or refund you the purchase price.
We offer full refund for defective items only.
After the item is retrieved, we will refund the eligible amount as follows:
For Cash On Delivery Orders within UAE, Refund will be deposited in the Customer Bank Account whose name was mentioned on the Shipping Details. Orders outside UAE will be Issued a Pay Order in the name of the customer mentioned in the shipping details.
For orders paid using credit/debit card or paypal, refund will be credited into the same account. It takes up to 5 to 7 working days for online refund to reflect on your statement.
Please allow us up to 7 days for the refund to be processed after goods are received.
Returns, exchanges & refunds will only be facilitated for the goods purchased through www.burjalfalah.com only.
Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange, unless you have received damaged goods.
All products on the website are according to the company standard sizes. No alteration or custom sizes are available.
