On payment confirmation, Burj Alfalah team will dispatch the order on the same day(depending on stock) if there is any delay in dispatch you will be informed about the status of the order through email. You can also track your order from “My Account” section on the website. Orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be processed on Saturday. Orders placed during a holiday will be processed on the next working day. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of the order being placed.
For cash on delivery orders, payments will be collected at the time of delivery from the shipping address.
Please note: all cash on delivery orders are subject to verification/call confirmation from the details provided in the shipping section. By verifying the phone number during order placement, your order is confirmed automatically.
Order within UAE delivered through Century Courier Service and Express Courier Company. International order is shipped through Skynet Courier service.

Shipping charges are based on the destination, size and weight of your order. Any duties, if applicable will be paid by the customer.
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. Burj Al Falah may cancel orders for any reason.
Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Cash on delivery orders will be cancelled if they are not confirmed within 7 days of order placement.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
